Massive, glossy, heart-shaped leaves emerge red and swirl open to bright green. An enormous variety in its native range in northeastern India, with leaves up to four feet wide! Nodding, large, white flowers develop under the foliage at ground level, followed by round seed pods. Will make an impressive specimen in the landscape where hardy if given plenty of space. Best grown as a container plant to get the largest leaves possible.
LIGHT: Partial shade
WATER: Water when soil is dry to the touch.
SIZE: Reaches 6 ft. tall and wide in the landscape; smaller in containers.
