Dramatic warm-season color for patios and borders with big, deep purple-red flowers that appear on tall, sturdy stems above a compact clump of attractive, dark green foliage. Durable, waterwise, tolerates summer heat, and looks great from late spring into fall. Grows as a perennial in mild winter regions; treat as an annual elsewhere.
