Description Shiny rippled leaves emerge green and are soon turned black by the sun. As the leaves mature, a neon-pink blotch forms, growing larger and radiating outward in the center of each leaf, intensifying in the heat. Highly effective at the edge of a pond or water garden. A dramatic choice for patio containers. An herbaceous perennial; may remain evergreen in mild winter areas.
