A low, spreading variety that forms a silver mat with big, dense, purple-blue flower spikes. Requires little maintenance because of its tidy nature. This sun-loving perennial is excellent in the front of borders, as a groundcover on banks, or in a rock garden.

WATER: Allow soil to dry slightly before watering.
SIZE: Foliage reaches 4 in. tall, 30 in. wide; flowers to 7 in. tall.
