One of the best apricots, prized for large fruit with a sweet, juicy, rich flavor. Its skin is an attractive yellow-orange. Pretty pink flowers appear in spring. This variety is perfectly suited for colder areas with its frost-hardy late bloom. Harcots are good for canning, cooking, or freezing. Recommended winter chill: 700 hours. Deciduous.
