Spherical in habit, like a balloon when in full bloom! Striking deep blue flowers are a welcome addition to any perennial border or wildlife garden. Highly fragrant, rich green foliage has silvery undersides. Vigorous and highly adaptable. Deciduous; may die back to the ground in colder regions, re-sprouting in spring.
