History
This plant was discovered as a spontaneous seedling hybrid under a mature plant of Grevillea leiophylla in the garden of Mervyn Hodge at Logan Reserve, Queensland in 1999. The likely pollen parent was thought to be Grevillea humilis ssp. maritima, as it was growing nearby.
