A grass-like plant that features soft green leaves that resemble fiber optic strands, accented by small buff-colored flower spikes at the tips. Leaves grow upright when young and drape as they mature. Adds unique texture to mixed container plantings. Performs well in wet conditions. Perennial where hardy. Grow as an annual in colder climates, or overwinter indoors. Can also be grown as a houseplant in a sunny window.
