An excellent, easy-care indoor plant, with icy blue-green leaves that rise from hairy rhizomes. Will be happy in bright rooms, kept moist and occasionally misted. Fabulous in pots, but also an excellent choice for humid terrariums. Adds a spa-like feel to bright, steamy bathrooms. Non-toxic to people and animals. Evergreen.
