One of the best home-grown apples, Fuji offers super crisp, sweet, and juicy fruit with skin that ranges from yellow-green with red highlights to mostly red. Exceptional for fresh eating. Stores well; great for baking. Ripens in October. Plant a pollenizer such as Granny Smith, Honeycrispâ„¢ or Red Delicious. Recommended chill: 350 - 400 hours.
