The Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden is unique in its carefully orchestrated blend of science and art – documented botanical specimens provide valuable resources for science, while artistic horticultural displays offer you an unforgettable aesthetic experience.
Since 1938, Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden has assembled an outstanding collection of taxonomically arranged and well-documented tropical plants, emphasizing palms, cycads, flowering trees, vines and fruit trees. Except for certain cultivated plants and critically endangered species, most of these plants are collected from the wild.
